The following are important forms for applying for, or renewing your Firearms Licence, including a Firearms Licence Application Form.

These documents may be completed on your computer (once you have downloaded them) and printed for submission to the Firearms Centre.

Be sure to follow all instructions carefully. Print two copies of each document. One copy for submission, and one copy for your records.
