Enrollment Instructions:

Do not complete the online enrollment until

you have read

1. When you complete and submit the enrollment form, you are requesting that the Ontario Firearms Safety Academy reserve a space for you in the course indicated, and that you fully intend to attend that course.

2. You must be very dilegent in carefully entering your correct email address. Each student must enroll with their own, unique email address! All correspondence from the Ontario Firearms Safety Academy will be made via email; if you enter an incorrect email address you will not receive some important information. Do not put "spaces" in email addresses, and be accurate with "underscores", "dots", and "Capitalization". WE CANNOT ACCEPT ENROLLMENTS WITH "iCLOUD" EMAIL ADDRESSES!

Click here to see why. YOU WILL RECEIVE a confirmation email that we have received your enrollment. If you do not receive such confirmation, you have not provided a valid email address. Get in touch with us!

3. Approximately 2 weeks prior to the course date, you will receive, and must complete and submit confirmation of your attendance, namely, a registration form with additional personal information which is required for us to complete important Federal documents pertinent to a Firearms Licence Application. Therefore, you must ensure that our emails are not blocked by spam! Be sure that jcountryman@execulink is added to your "safe senders" list! To view the "Student Orientation Portfolio" you may require Adobe Acrobat (version 10) installed on your computer. You must submit this information in a timely manner. Be sure to monitor your email!

4. If, for unforseen reasons, you are unable to attend the course that you enroll in, you must advise the academy immediately to allow other students the opportunity to fill the reservation you have vacated.

5. Tuition fees and student manual fees are due on arrival, the day of the course.

6. If you agree to the conditions above, proceed to enroll in your desired course by clicking "Enroll" below. These courses are intensive, day-long programs.

Student arrival time is 6:45 am. Examination sessions begin immediately following the training courses, and may not be concluded until 9:00 pm. Please adjust your schedules accordingly.
